Welcome home to the Dewitt, a brand new floorplan in our 30’ Smart Series lineup. This single-story floorplan features 1-2 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, a 1-car garage, and 1,016 square feet of functional living space.

Enter this home through the covered front porch and you’ll notice a spacious foyer full of natural light. To one side of the foyer you will see a flex space that can be upgraded to either a home office with double French doors or a secondary bedroom and full bathroom. You’ll also find a linen closet that can be upgraded to a powder bathroom and the laundry space near the foyer.

Walking further through the foyer, you’ll enter the kitchen and living room spaces. The kitchen features a large walk-in pantry, granite countertops, and open sight lines to the living room. The living room is spacious and provides direct access to the backyard, where you’ll have the option to add a covered patio.
