The staff, including sales manager, were very nice to deal with, explained everything. The quality of construction was good and we did not have any issues with anything. Appliances were top quality, building material was good, and did not exhibit any issues. Cherry on top was M/I Homes follow up in 6 months and fix most of small issues which surfaced in 6 months including paint touch-ups. I am very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend to friends.
