The term customer service just doesn't go far enough to describe how great these two have been. They were not only knowledgeable and patient with my over questioning every detail, but even after the purchase they've both checked to make sure everything has been taken care of after. They truly make a great team.

Jeff [New Home Consultant] is the BEST #1 home consultant! Answers me within a minute and keeps following up with me even on weekends. He has best customer service!

Very pleased with the entire process with M/I Homes. They made the home buying experience very pleasant and low stress. Our New Home Consultant is all around awesome and knowledgeable. The Design Center Representative was great at helping pick out design options. She has great taste. Our Construction Manager is professional and very responsive to questions.

He was fantastic and easy to reach. Lee and Elayne [New Home Consultant] were really good. [The community, Greenway,] has a very small town feel. That is what caused us to buy here. That is what I like about M/I. I like the way M/I picks their plots. I am very happy.

Being a first time home buyer, we were a little intimidated by the overall process...The process was as smooth as could be. [New Home Consultant] was wonderful to work with. Very friendly, informative and timely with responses. Thank you all for your assistance and guidance through everything.

Our building process with M/I Homes was a piece of cake. Elayne [New Home Consultant], Lee [Construction Manager], and M/I Financial all made this process really easy. They were professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Any time we had a question or concern they were all there to answer. We hope to stay in this house for a while but if we did want another home we would definitely look at a M/I Home.

Our overall experience as first-time home buyers has been great, from picking out the floorplan to selecting options at the design studio. We are happy overall.

All in all, we love our home! There are a few things that are slowly getting handled and I'm sure once this is behind us we are going to LOVE the neighborhood and our M//I home.

My wife and I purchased a spec home in the Greenway neighborhood in Celina, Texas. We absolutely love the smaller neighborhood and the small town feel of Celina. We have excellent neighbors and have created wonderful friendships. Elayne [New Home Consultant] and Lee [Construction Manager] were a pleasure to work with and the constant communication as well as follow up were excellent.

I was very happy with the entire process. I was kept informed and in the loop more so than any other builder and I appreciate that. [New Home Consultant] was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire buying experience. Far beyond what you would normally expect. [Design Studio Representative] was very helpful in picking out options and keeping the process moving along. [Construction Manger] brings a wealth of knowledge to the construction process, always kept in touch during building process, and met every question or issue with a prompt answer.

M/I Homes made the process less difficult for us. It was a good experience. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. It is all about the timeliness and communication. I want to recognize Elayne [New Home Consultant] for providing outstanding service for her personability and knowledge. Her follow up on everything was great.

I couldn’t be happier with our M/I home. We had a few hiccups throughout the process, but we had some amazing reps who did everything they could to make things right. I really felt part of a “team” working with our sales consultant and construction manager, and they seemed to genuinely share in the joy of helping us build our new home. Between a generous list of thoughtful standard options and a wide-variety of fairly priced upgrade options, we were able to build our dream home within our price range. I’m so proud of our new home, and it wouldn’t have been possible with the great M/I team we had the privilege of working with. I’d like to recognize Elayne [New Home Consultant], Cindy [Construction Manager], Kevin [M/I Financial Representative], and Mindy [M/I Financial Representative]. They were all unbelievably helpful, guided us through the process, and did everything they could to ensure we were satisfied and informed.

[New Home Consultant] went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I got what we were looking for... such an amazing person and we are so grateful to have her by our side every step of the way. [Construction Manager]... the best construction manager! This process was so easy and not stressful.

The quality of the workmanship was great. If something was not done right, M/I Homes made sure it was addressed and done. [Construction Manager] gave me her personal number and answered any questions I had, and immediately addressed any issues I had. [New Home Consultant] went above and beyond, helping to choose a floorplan. She was awesome in helping us.

It was a pleasure to work with someone as knowledgeable and professional as Elayne [New Home Consultant] was. She made the house buying experience more pleasant. With me being out of state, I thought it was going to be a hard process but Elayne took the time to listen to what I wanted and sent me multiple floorplans, fielded numerous questions, and responded even on her days off. Elayne, Heather [Design Center Representative], and Cindy [Construction Manager]: all three of them went above and beyond to help make my home buying experience very pleasant. Big big thank you to all of you.

We have been very happy with M/I Homes. Cindy [Construction Manager] has been wonderful—she is very helpful and has answered any follow-up questions/concerns about our home. She answers texts any time of the day and has checked in on us several times just to make sure all is going well. We love our new home!
