We immediately fell in love with Silo Bend. It had everything we wanted: close to the transit, shopping, good schools, and a quiet but growing community. When we toured the Essex model, it was as if it had been designed for us. When we were looking for resale homes, we were told we would be lucky to find a place with a non-alleyway kitchen, fireplace, basement, and master bedroom en-suite. The Essex had all of those, plus we were able to customize every piece of our new home. Working with M/I made the design and building process fly by. We highly recommend building with M/I Homes.
