**The payment is based on a $421,053 sales price with a $336,842 loan amount. A 20% down payment and a minimum credit score of 720 is required. The interest rate applies to a 30-year Conventional Loan with a 2/1 buy-down. The interest rate is temporarily reduced to 3.875% for year 1, 4.875% for year 2, and 5.875% for years 3–30.
