*M/I Homes to provide a below market rate with up to a 6 Month Rate Lock with the use of M/I Financial, LLC (NMLS #50684) on select homes in qualifying communities written on April 1st, 2025 through April 30th, 2025 and must close on or before September 14th, 2025. Below market rate as compared to the weekly Freddie Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey. The home must be the purchaser’s primary residence. Purchaser acknowledges that this agreement is not contingent upon purchaser obtaining any particular interest rate. Consult with the M/I Financial representative to obtain detailed information about the interest rates, terms and conditions of available loan programs that may meet Purchase’s specific needs. This agreement is subject to all applicable loan program limits and qualifications and is valid only on fixed-rate loan programs. A 1% lock-in-deposit will be due at the time of application. The deposit will be credited at closing, provided the buyer closes with M/I Financial LLC. The loan must close on or before the date of the rate lock expiration. A one-time float down is available within 30 days of closing and must meet the requirements of the M/I Financial extended rate lock policy.
