M/I Homes – DFW is proud to announce that it has been recognized as the Builder of the Year for the fourth consecutive year at the annual McSAM Awards.

The Dallas Builders Association selects a Builder of the Year to recognize innovative market performance, trade relationships, and community involvement through industry-judged awards.

The Dallas division would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for the support we have received from our developer and vendor partners, all M/I team members across all departments, and our M/I homeowners who entrust us on their homebuilding journey.

M/I Homes also received several other McSAM trophies in various categories:

Oscar Osorio won the Customer Service/Warranty Professional of the Year award
Emily Joseph won the Sales Professional of the Year award for a community with an average sales price under $450,000
Jared Kent won the Builder/Project Manager of the Year award

In 2022, M/I Homes – DFW entered new submarkets such as Pilot Point, Mesquite, Providence Village, Crowley, and Denton, while also strengthening existing Celina communities.

The Dallas division's record growth continued by opening 12 new communities/phases throughout 2022.

M/I Homes – DFW also gives back locally and nationally through charities such as Pelotonia, a cancer research organization. The DFW team has raised $250,000 since its inception!

Our New Home Consultants exemplify excellence and commitment to serving their homebuyers, recognized company-wide as "Sales Team of the Year."

These results and others have yielded the DFW division the prestigious "Irving Schottenstein Award – Division of the Year," an internal company award that is presented by the CEO and is the most lauded distinguishment across M/I Homes’ 17 markets. Also recognized for our customer service and home readiness scores, we are committed to our customers throughout the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex.
