Personally accompanying a new customer on their first visit and registering them with an NHC at one of our communities ensures that you are a procuring cause, resulting in the assurance of receiving the published selling office commission that will be paid at closing.
If a current customer contacts M/I Homes without designated representation of a Broker/Agent, or the Broker/Agent does not register the customer with their complete information on the registration card, the Broker/Agent will be deemed not to be the initial source of contact and cause of the customer’s visit, therefore will not be entitled to a selling office commission.
