Connect a Client
You may register your client with their complete information on our Client Connect; however, to be considered the procuring cause for your client, you must accompany your client to that community's model / sales center on their first visit and register them with a New Home Consultant. A phone call or walk-in to pre-register clients is not permissible.
Personally accompanying a new customer to each of our communities on their first visit ensures you as a procuring cause, resulting in the assurance of receiving the publishing selling office commission that will be paid upon a satisfactory closing. M/I Homes is offering 2% of the base price minus the $295 Administration Fee on any home you sell!
If a current customer contacts M/I Homes without designated representation of a Broker/Agent, or the Broker/Agent does not register the customer with their complete information on the registration card, the Broker/Agent will be deemed not to be the initial source of contact and cause of the customer’s visit therefore will not be entitled to a selling office commission.
